Install oversized tires on your Ford F-250/350 Powerstroke with the BDS Suspension 5″ Radius Arm Lift Kit. Built to take advantage of the factory suspension design, the radius arm system corrects suspension, steering, and driveline geometry. At the heart of this system are the heavy-duty radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you throw at them.
Built from 1-3/4″ OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these arms are far superior to the stamped steel units. Utilizing a high clearance design for extra clearance and formed inward to allow for oversized tires. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle to correct the caster angle. Furthermore, they incorporate factory-style 3-1/4″ rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life.
The additional lift comes from a pair of full-length diesel-specific ProRide coil springs. These paired with your choice of NX2 Nitro series shocks or the precision-tuned FOX 2.0 performance shocks offer a smooth ride and improved control over rough terrain. In addition, to improve steering angles a forged drop pitman arm is supplied with an integrated drag link flip. This in combination with a 1/4″ thick heavy-duty track bar drop bracket, helps position the front axle and track bar angle in phase with the steering for improved handling.
Also included are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, and brake line relocation brackets. To upgrade the steering, an NX2 series steering stabilizer with a mounting bracket is provided. Finally in the rear, a 4.5″ fabricated block with integrated bump stop wing is used in place of the factory block to level the stance. In addition, this kit includes longer black e-coated U-bolts and all necessary hardware. This system is covered BDS's industry leading "No Fine Print Warranty".

Important Kit Notes
1. Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
2. If installed on a truck with a top mounted overload spring, with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" #UBT4027 (Qty: 4) are required.
3. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear front drive shaft (Gas Only).
4. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
5. If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
6. Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
7. Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
8. Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
9. Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
10. Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift.
11. Due to factory ride heights being lower on 2020 and newer model year trucks, the net lift you will gain with this kit will be 1" more than advertised. (EX. 4" kit will net 5" of lift)
